01Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using Ball Metrics IQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Ball Metrics IQ. You must accept them before an account can be created.

02Description of Service

Ball Metrics IQ provides sports analytics, research, rankings, projections and betting research tools across MLB, NBA, NFL, College Basketball and College Football.

The platform surfaces model outputs, statistical breakdowns, market comparisons and explanations of the factors behind each projection. Features, models and data coverage may change as the platform evolves.

03Informational Purposes Only

Everything on Ball Metrics IQ is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is research, not advice.

Ball Metrics IQ does not place bets, accept wagers, or handle gambling funds. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, legal or gambling advice.

You are solely responsible for verifying odds, lines, availability and legality with your sportsbook before placing any wager.

04No Guarantee of Results

Nothing on the website guarantees betting success. Model projections are probabilistic estimates derived from historical and live data, and they will be wrong on individual games and over stretches of games.

Past performance of any model, rating, ranking or projection does not guarantee future results.

05Responsible Gambling

Sports betting involves risk, including the risk of losing money. Only wager what you can afford to lose.

06Eligibility

Ball Metrics IQ is intended only for users who are at least 21 years old. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. If an account is found to belong to someone under 21, Ball Metrics IQ may suspend or terminate that account.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live. Sports betting is not legal everywhere, and it is your responsibility to know the rules in your jurisdiction.

07User Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
• Accounts are personal. Sharing credentials, reselling access, or redistributing outputs is prohibited.
• Automated scraping, bulk extraction, or reverse engineering of the platform is prohibited.
• Notify support@ballmetricsiq.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

08Subscriptions

Premium features require an active paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected until you cancel.

Founding Members who subscribe during the launch period keep their launch price for as long as their subscription remains continuously active. Full details are in the Billing & Subscription Policy.

09Refund Policy

Unless required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused access.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.

10Intellectual Property

The Ball Metrics IQ name, logo, interface, models, ratings, projections and written analysis are the property of Ball Metrics IQ and are protected by intellectual property law.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the platform for your personal research. You may not republish, resell or distribute platform outputs without written permission.

11Data Accuracy

Ball Metrics IQ relies on third-party data sources including official league feeds, statistical providers and odds providers. Those sources can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect.

We make reasonable efforts to surface missing data rather than fabricate it, but we do not warrant that any statistic, line, projection or rating is accurate, complete or current.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ball Metrics IQ is not liable for any gambling losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Ball Metrics IQ in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

13Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, abuses the platform, charges back a legitimate payment, or is found to belong to someone under 21.

You may close your account at any time from the account dashboard.

14Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the platform changes. The version and last-updated date at the top of this page always reflect the current document.

When a material update is published, you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing to access premium content.
